Congstar disruptions make impossible to use N26 IBAN

Hi everyone,

I was looking through the forum for the possible solution for the problem with N26's IBAN. It starts with DE and it is, of course, conforms with the German IBAN format. I'm trying to buy a tariff, system simply refuses to verify my IBAN and I couldn't proceed.

Problem seems the same as in Congstar doesn’t accept IBAN - meincongstar - congstar Support Forum that case. However how it was solved seems unclear to me.

Could anyone help on above?

Officially the problem hasbeen solved, so let's figure this out together.
Please give us further information:

Do you already have a customer account?
Which tariff exactly do you want to buy?
Which browser do you use and via pc or mobile device?
Do you order the tariff directly via congstar.de or through a third-party supplier?
Do you want to use any corporate benefits or discount code?

Furthermore, please try to place the order with another browser.

I don't have customer account yet.
Congstar Allnet Flat (Ohne Laufzeit)
So far I've been trying PC and mobile. Browser's I've tried so far: IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox
I'm trying to order it via congstar.de (it gives me "Dies ist keine gültige IBAN " though)
I don't have any benefits to use, so - no benefits

sadly, we couldn't nail down the problem.
Please contact our Sales Hotline and place your order there: 0221 79 700 700 (Monday till Saturday from 8 to 22 o'clock and Sunday from 9 to 18 o'clock)

Hi,
I have the same issue. When I call seller Sales Hotline it's all in German language, it's not possible to me to speak German. I asked N26 about this issue, they said that issue is on congstar side. Seems verification form is not aligned and up-to-date with actual IBAN database. Is there any chance to fix it? I checked with other providers like congstar and it works on their sites.
