Wrong credit balance is shown

Dear Madam / Sir,

Last week I recharged my account 2 times. First time with standing bank instruction and 2nd time with direct debit.

But even after 1 week, https://www.congstar.com/meincongstar/ , page is showing wrong balance.

I have checked my bank account and it has deducted 15 euro already

Please help.

Hello vikramvi and welcome to our forum

I have taken a look at your data and I can explane, why the debit has been risen for only 15€ by direct:
In your custumercenter (meincongstar) you startet a new way for recharching your degit with you bank account for the first time. In this case we check the bank account first and balance the debit after 7 to 10 days.

So there will be a balance on October, the 16th (evening).

Thanks for clarification, I will check back balance next week again.

Also please confirm that I have not wrongly set bank instruction to recharge for 15 euro each month, I just want to do recharge as per need basis & not each month.

don't worry, the reacharge is set for one time, not monthly.
