mobile internet is not working

    Dear Team,


    I have 100 minutes of free call and 100 MB of data. But since last 2 days my mobile data has stopped working completely.


    My phone shows data only 48 MB


    So I can not see my billing cycle.


    Please help with these problems. Thanks in advance.

    your data volume is exhausted. Check www.datapass.de on your phone to see your accurate data consumption. The app is unfortunally a little inaccurate sometimes.


    Your data volume will refresh by tomorrow.

    I checked the website and it shows data has expired.


    but as per Android OS data usage was way less than 100 MB, I feel data usage is not properly getting calculated ? Please look into my usage data.


    So please clarify why billing cycle is from 6th of month instead of 1st?

    your data volume has has been refreshed tonight. You already used 700 kb of it.


    Please note that prepaid options are always valid for 30 days from activation - not for a calendar month. The next refreshing will be on 5th august if you have got enough credit on your prepaid contract.


    But it can be that your phone shows the data usage of the current calender month. That would explain the differences.

    Thanks for clarification. I have changed my mobile billing cycle from 5th of each month and lets see how it measures data usage against constar's backend server usage.
