Contract cancellation

    Hello, I sent an email to to give notice for cancelling my contract before the deadline for this month but I did not get any reply yet. Please advise what to do in this situation, thank you.

    how long ago did you sent that E-Mail? If it has been more than two days, please send another E-Mail, because in that case, we did not get it.

    Thank you, I did not reply, but I am confused about one thing. I am paying for the alcatel linkzone 1.50 euro per month but as the contract will be canceled, do i have to return the device, if so, how?

    you can only cancel the "congstar Homespot M Flex" contract, as you have already done. The confirmation including the date of termination has been sent to you via e-mail.


    The mobile router you have ordered additionally must be paid via the overall 24 monthly fees that you have agreed on. The termination of your mobile contract has no influence on the payment for the ordered hardware. For that reason congstar will continue to do a direct debit from your bank account for a monthly amount of 1,50€ until the hardware contract ends automatically in 2019.

    Thank you for replying, is there any way to cancel the router payment as well? I don't want to pay for a device I won't be using anymore.

    Hello Pias,


    unfortunately there is no solution for an early termination of a hardware contract. The 24 monthly fees will be withdrawn from your bank account, regardless of whether you use the mobile router or not. Otherwise you should have selected the single payment option for the router at its purchase. Sorry, but we cannot offer you an alternative solution.
