  • English: Where i can buy a Consgtar Home box instore today?

    • Noch keine hilfreichste Antwort.
Hi - I live in Friedrichshain (I am new and still learning german so please forgive me).
    I need a congstar home device - 200gigs data - lte.
I understand the speed is 50 megs max (is that 50 megs / sec or 5meg / s?)

Anyway, I DO NOT WANT a 24 month contract BUT ONLY! a monthly contract:
    1) How much is a box with 200 gigs data - if I only want A MONTH contract..
    2) Which stores near F'shain (10245, berlin) can i go in today and pick up a box and activate it today?

    Help!
  • Hi snoopydoopy,
    are you straight to house?
Sen hear, what I you tell will!

Sorry for that, konnte ich mir nicht verkneifen! *<|:oD
Macht maximal 6,25 Mbyte/Sekunde!

I hope, sat I you help could... ;)
  • Hey snoopydoopy,

You can find the homespot here. Without running time, thus monthly terminable tariff costs 45€ per month. I can't tell you in which shop you can buy the Homespot, because not all Telekom shops offer the devices. The best way to order the Homespot tariff and router is via the website. The availability check will also be carried out there.

    Greetings
    Mario J.

Here you can choose whether 24 months maturity or flexible.
Flexible, the setup fee is higher.
You do not have to order a wireless router if you ideally have a LTE phone with two (numbers to twelve
one writes out) SIM card possibilities have'

I do have a 4g/lte phone with two sim card options. But will this save me money; as in I don't have to buy a router? But also - you supposed to have it one address only.. so if you have it in a phone; you are constantly moving? Little confused...
Also if it is a sim hotspot - isn't it cheaper if I just buy an unlimited or 200gb sim card? - o2 has one.. but then o2 has slow sim speeds...
You say 6megs/sec is unlikely.. what do you expect? Is it even worth it if i cannot stream? (i need to stream HD/720p... o2 is rubbish)..

    Dear Lady, dear Sir,
at least you brought me down to my knees, so I have to answer in english, but be warned,
my english is not so good, my german is better! (Guess who!?)
    So:
If you use Homespot by Smartphone/Mobile/IPhone (oh, I-Phone...) you don't need further hardware.
But: you cannot move with your Smartphone/Mobile/IPhone (oh, I-Phone...) as you are pleased.
The SIM-Card is limited to the next radio mast in your environment that means, leaving it the signal
will lose contact and you are outer space. Thus you will need to reboot your smartphone or what ever.
6 megs/sec is possible but not usually!
For streaming HD you should be glad with about 3 Mbytes/sec!

    Und jetzt lerne endlich Deutsch!
    ;)
